Description:  Do you know what soil is made of?  It can be black, brown, crumbly or sticky.  You see it everywhere, but especially in gardens, on the farm or at the park.  Come join us at Michael Fields (W2493 County ES at the corner of Townline Road and Main Street) in East Troy.  We'll learn why soil is important and how it helps us to make food and protect the environment.  You'll get to play in the dirt and you won't get yelled at!
